The project is still tracking for completion in April.
The drywall is getting spackled and sanded and will be completely finished early this month
Painting of the walls and ceilings has begun
Where the ceilings are painted, the Acoustical Tile Ceiling grid install has begun
The Men’s and Women’s bathrooms have tile installed and the toilets are about to go in
The light fixtures are about to start install following the ceiling grid installation.
Flooring outside of the bathroom areas is starting early February
Interior storefront glass will start going in at the end of the month
The casework and decorative wall panels are in fabrication and will be installed at the end of the month.
The new Sprinkler system is just about done and a new Water Line has been installed from the building to the street curb.
The New Electrical Gear has been fully installed
Exterior Window Demolition on 2nd floor is progressing and expected to complete at the beginning of February.
We are now well underway with wall layout and framing and should have all walls up in the next two weeks. Electrical rough ins are underway with lots of conduit installed at the underside or deck and soon to start in walls. Wrapping up the last of the plumbing demolition this week and then will start running new for the bathrooms. Upcoming items include setting door frames and mechanical rough ins.
